IACCB signed a contract with P4S Karya Baru Mandiri on November 2018 to manage IACCB cows intensively using breedlot models with cut-and-carry feeding systems.

Formerly, started a business in the field of food crops and horticulture (2003), then scaled up to do diversification in the field of cattle breeding, beekeeping, chicken farming, solid and liquid compost production (2009) and in 2018 start breeding Brahman Cross cattle supported by IACCB. |
| Organization Size | P4S has trained more than 1200 trainees, both farmers and students in agriculture and animal husbandry. Currently maintaining 20 BX heifers + 1 bull with 19 calves. They also manage 15 ha of agricultural land for food crops and horticulture, green houses for hydroponic vegetables. Training rooms and lodging facilities are available for 50-100 participants. |
